TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read carefully before commissioning me.
Not following my TOS might result in order cancellation and/or blacklist

PAYMENTS
- The price doubles for commercial use, such as for merchandise. (does not apply to streaming or Vtubing)
- You may pay 100% upfront or 50% upfront and the other 50% after the sketch is approvedREVISIONS
- If there are more than 5 revisions that are made during sketching stage, there would be a +$5 fee for any new revisions that are not mentioned before
- Only small revisions can be made when the artwork is completeDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Finished artwork will be sent through email if neededI will kindly ask you to be patient with me, though my art will not take longer than 3 months to finish. I still need time to take a break from day to day, so refrain from asking for updates every so often.USE
- Any use of my art as NFT and AI is prohibited
- Non-commercial commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Meaning that you cannot use the commission to gain money in anyway (merch, patreon, streaming, ect.)
- For non-commercial commissions, you may print your commissioned art as charms, stickers, posters, ect. as long as there is no profit or redistribution, meaning you only print for yourselfINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I have the right to post WIPs and final product on my social media and portfolio, If you want the WIPs to be private, please tell me beforehand.
- Please credit me whenever you use my artwork. (@Collirioux on Twitter) / (@collirioux on instagram)REFUNDS
- I do not give refunds after the work has startedAlthough a full refund will be provided if I fail to finish your art for more than 3 monthsCOMMUNICATION
- Communications would go through either Twitter DMs or VGen DMs
